What does the Venue space include?
Space includes: Tiki Huts, Waterfalls and features, Landscape and Up-lighting, Hanging Bistro Lights in the dining area and throughout the garden. Light Garden Seating throughout the property (Patio Furniture/Lounge Chairs), Fire Pits, Tiki Torches, Lighted Planter Boxes along walkway and general area, Projector Screen & HD Projector (perfect for slideshows), Pool Table.
What Is our Capacity seated/standing?
We can facilitate as much as 400 people on property for a cocktail reception but the designated area for dining can only accommodate approximately 160-180 guests depending on type of setup/table selection.
Do you offer any furniture with the rental?
We have light seating throughout the property. We can arrange Tables Chairs etc or any other rental needs you might have through our preferred vendor upon request.
Can I bring in my own Caterer?
Yes. Caterers must have proof of current relevant license and insurance which must be presented prior to event.
Do you work with any specific or preferred Caterers or other Vendors?
We have Caterers/Vendors we like to work with, however we do not have any partnership restrictions on who you can bring in to make your event successful as long as they meet the necessary requirements.

How much time is allotted for an event?
We allow a maximum time of 6 hours for an event unless other arrangements are made as per rental agreement
Do you host multiple events at the same time?
No. You will have the privacy of our property for the time stated in your rental agreement for your event.
How early are my vendors allowed on property for setup/preparation?
Most of our events are before sunset or thereafter, it is very rare that we have morning or mid afternoon events. Because of this, your vendors are allowed to come in anytime after 9:00 AM on the day of your event to setup and make the necessary preparations. In the rare case of a scheduled event on the same day prior to your event, we will allot 4 hours to your vendors for setup and preparation to ensure that you have a successful event.
Do I need to make an appointment to do a site visit/tour?
Yes. Site visits/tours are Monday – Thursday and are by appointments only. If an evening tour is more convenient for you, evening tours are also available up to as late as 8:30 PM
